About Me

My name is Natasha Clarke and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with children, families and individuals dealing with a multitude of complex matters, such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, parenting and relationship challenges.

I am fascinated with all things involving love and relationships.  I have always had a healthy curiosity of why people do the things they do, think the way they think and how can people be so similar yet so different.  Even more importantly, I constantly reflect on the ways people can shift things in their lives, in their thoughts and experiences in order to live the life they truly desire.

I am a person who can people watch all day long and never get bored.  I am an advocate for civil rights and social justice for all people. I believe there is space in this world for everyone.  And I truly believe in the power of acceptance of self, acceptance of others and celebrating diversity.

I am an obvious proponent of individual therapy and self work.  I am an even bigger proponent on working on our own personal and interpersonal challenges through relationships.  It is through the relationships with family, friends, significant others, work colleagues and other relationships and life experiences that we learn about ourselves and our triggers and our needs and wants.  And often how we learn how to move closer to living a more fulfilled life.  When we do the work!

I believe it to be true that when we know better, we do better.  We must build our skills and find the resource within.  I look forward to working with you.  Come as you are and leave with a stronger acceptance of yourself.  Trust that all the answers you seek are already within.
